Afternoon/Evening Arrival & Hotel Check-in
7:00 PM Dinner (on your own or small groups for networking)

7:45 AM   Depart Hotel
8:30 AM Arrive at Gettysburg Visitors’ Center, 1195 Baltimore Pike, Gettysburg (use main entrance, not Group Entrance, and meet in lobby for tickets)
9:15 AM Orientation & Battle of Gettysburg Cyclorama
10:15 AM Pick up boxed lunches and board bus for a guided tour of the battlefield with discussion of strategic leadership. Noon lunch break at picnic tables.
2:30 PM Buses Return to the Visitors’ Center for self-guided Museum Tour or return to Carlisle.
4:00 PM Travel to Carlisle (on your own) or Optional Tour by bus of the U.S. Army War College; park behind the Comfort Suites Hotel, 10 South Hanover Street.
5:30 PM
Reception for all Fellows at Dickinson College Rector Atrium, Rector Science Complex (Near corner of W. Louther St. and N. College St.)
6:45 PM Dinner by state groups, on your own or small groups for networking

8:00 AM  War College Bus Arrives at Comfort Suites Hotel, 10 South Hanover Street, downtown Carlisle; (note: use public parking garage behind the hotel, please park there rather than at the War College Security Gate)
8:15 AM Depart for Army War College & Security Check
