The Pros & Cons of the Initiative to Establish a Part-Time Legislature

The topic for the first part of the agenda will be an EPFP group discussion exploring the pros and cons of the initiative to establish a part-time legislature in Michigan.  The second part of the program is a continuation of the discussion to develop and refine this year's EPFP Learning Teams and topics.
